Hi, I’m Mike Marion.

I help seniors and their loved ones navigate changes in health. I am passionate about leading teams to provide outstanding senior living experiences. My specialities include executive leadership, financial management, building relationships, strategic thinking and creative problem solving. My experience includes five years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care. And over the past year I have served as a concierge consultant to families on their senior care options. I have also spent over ten years working as a financial planner with families and their businesses. My career has had the common thread of empathy and expert guidance on sensitive matters for my clients.

I am passionate about leading teams to provide outstanding senior living experiences. My specialities include executive leadership, financial management, building relationships, strategic thinking and creative problem solving. 

My experience includes six years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with more than a year overseeing a cluster of three facilities. I have a track record of strong financial performance, as well as four perfect surveys from the CA Department of Social Services.

I have served as a concierge consultant to families on their senior care options. I also have over ten years as a financial planner working with affluent families and their businesses. And my career began with five years as a Director of Music, leading teams of musicians in several ventures.

My career has had the common thread of leadership, empathy and expert guidance on sensitive matters for my clients.
